Our chef is specialised in Tibetan and Indian food. He learnt how to cook Tibetan recipes from his grandma.
He became a qualified chef at the Food Craft Institute of Chandigarh, after which he trained as a chef at the Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur in Rajasthan, India.
Now he is here to delight you with his delicious, traditional recipes.
